Staging Consultation Appointment

This is the perfect place to start!  During our 1 to 1 1/2 hour appointment we'll identify ways to draw attention to your home's best features and make suggestions to broaden its appeal.  A detailed report will be emailed within 48 hours outlining ways to prepare your home for the real estate market.  The cost of a Staging Consultation is $150.

Occupied Staging

This service is provided for occupied homes.  Using our clients' current furnishings, we provide additional décor including wall art, lighting, curtains, area rugs, bedding, pillows, and furniture to enhance the appeal of your property.  

Painting, Carpentry & Landscaping

As an add-on service we are often able to assist in getting your home ready faster for a lower cost by providing help with painting, minor repairs, and landscaping.

Staging Recommendation Report

This detailed report, included with each Staging Consultation, outlines our recommendations.  With an eye toward your budget (remember our background as house flippers!), we provide cost-conscious improvement suggestions.  Our clients find it helpful to work through this room-by-room list as a way to keep organized and focused.

Vacant Staging

Even our flip houses with brand new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and paint need staging to sell for top dollar!  This service includes all furniture and décor needed to help a potential buyer envision him or herself living in your home.
